Internal Sales & Parts Interpreter

As an Internal Sales & Parts Interpreter, you will play a pivotal role in our team responsible for selling traffic control equipment, vehicle emergency lighting and auto electrical parts. 

Based at our Prestons office and warehouse facility, conveniently located off the M5 and M7, you will comfortably speak with customers via phone, email and face-to-face, providing expert recommendations tailored to meet their specific requirements. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, learn new technologies and expand your overall product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

In this inbound role, and based at our office, your key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and in-person
• Developing, upskilling and maintaining strong product knowledge to effectively advise customers on the best possible outcome
• Working with clients across various sectors including traffic control, OEM, truck body builders, mining, marine and workshops
• Liaising closely with management to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results

Skills and Requirements:

• Automotive, auto electrical or parts interpreting background is preferred but not essential
• Impeccable telephone, writing and in person manner and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to ensure the best advice is provided along with the ideal outcome possible
• Solid willingness to learn and upskill in a ever changing industry and environment
