Our Windows & Doors Narangba branch has a vacancy for a pro-active, focused and well organised Office-based Sales Representative to join our growing team. G. James Windows & Doors sells, fabricates and installs to the residential, commercial, high-rise and building and construction markets.

We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service through our professional and technical team members always aware that our most valued assets are our people.
- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist with phone and email enquiries regarding product, orders and delivery queries
- Accurate processing of quotes, orders and invoices
- Liaison and follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure the timely despatch of product to customers and completion of required administrative documentation
- General administration tasks and documentation
- Resolution of customer issues and general account management
- Previous experience in a similar sales support role or within manufacturing or construction industries would be highly regarded
- A confident proactive attitude
- Professional yet friendly telephone manner and approach
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- A strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn on the job supported by skilled team members
