Role Overview:

Polyaire is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Representative at their Wangara branch. This is a dynamic role where versatility is key. From engaging with customers to handling administrative tasks, this position offers a diverse and stimulating environment suited for individuals who thrive in varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers in sales, administration, and customer inquiries.
• Manage sales and service inquiries via telephone and online platforms with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in AC system designs using Polyplan software and contribute to project work, including Poly Plan and State Catalogue initiatives.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers while optimizing existing processes from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate product dispatch and provide timely information to clients while ensuring compliance with credit procedures.
• Process payments and contribute collaboratively to branch operations when needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Previous experience in an Internal Sales role, particularly within an industrial or trade environment, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are crucial for success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs is required.
• Demonstrated data entry skills with a focus on accuracy are highly valued.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team dynamic is essential.
