DC Customs Design and Fabrication Pty Ltd, along with Safetek Solutions and OPTraffic WA, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Internal Sales Clerk. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for new customers, managing inbound phone calls and emails, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and possess a flair for customer interaction and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new customers via phone and email.
- Generate simple quotes and estimates for customers.
- Book appointments for more complex jobs with the sales team.
- Divert calls to appropriate team members and arrange callbacks when necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating estimates in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales process.
- Social Media:
- Handle social media accounts, including posting updates, commenting, and liking industry-trending posts.
- Monitor and respond to messages on social media platforms.
- Engage with the online community to promote our businesses and services.
The type of person who will excel in this role will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, sales acumen and be proficient in administrative responsibilities. It is imperative that you be detail oriented and have strong communication skills, to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
