TigerPak is an Australian family owned business and has experienced rapid growth to become one of the leading distributors of packaging & workplace supplies in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA & SA. TigerPak is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Internal sales & Customer Service team at our Loganholme Office. The position is full time, and hours are 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri).
A brief outline of the position is to provide assistance to our qualified Business Development Managers, as well as helping to maintain their accounts from the office.
The ideal candidate will be;
- Outbound calling to pre-qualify and generate face to face appointments for our well trained and confident Business Development team.
- Entering, emailing and following up quotations.
- Processing sales orders over the phone and via email.
- Answering Inbound telephone enquiries.
- Performing day to day admin duties.(data entry, word processing, filing etc)
The ideal candidate will;
- Have had some experience with calendar management and bookings.
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Be self-motivated.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Be extremely well organised.
- Work well in a team environment and also independently when required.
- Have had experience in telemarketing to a range of different customers.
Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial though not necessary. We offer training, both internal and external. Candidates with experience in any office based Customer Service role will be considered.
