AddressHYDAC, a major international Hydraulic Motion & Control manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Internal Sales / Warehousing person to join the Queensland Branch team in Brisbane.
You will be primarily responsible for handling incoming phone based inquiries, offering technical order processing, preparing formal quotations, and providing technical support to the external Automation & Control engineers within the company.
You will be required to undertake various warehousing activities including assembly, lifting, picking/packing orders, receiving/dispatching, loading/unloading, forklift driving, and other general warehousing tasks. You will be working within a clean, modern, and excellent warehouse environment, providing you with the opportunity to use the latest equipment and technology.
You will be working as part of a professional team and will appreciate the importance of delivering high-quality customer service. The role requires a technical focus in Hydraulics & Motion & Control Engineering for providing advice and support.
Experience within a highly technical environment will be considered advantageous.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills. A trade qualification or a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering is required. You will need to be thoroughly organized and thrive on multitasking.
