Renowned for their product quality and service excellence, they are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Professional to join their dynamic team in Sydney.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide a premium level of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Assist sales and warehouse teams with day-to-day operations.
• Follow up on customer quotations promptly and efficiently.
• Process customer inquiries, sales orders, quotations, and back orders to meet agreed delivery schedules.
• Handle branch stock and returns transfers for credit processing.
• Foster effective communication and maintain positive relationships between departments.
• Collaborate with other employees and branches on projects that deliver cross-functional benefits.
• Maintain organized filing of sales-related documentation including purchase orders, GRN's, quotes, and drawings.
• Support warehouse activities as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar Internal Sales role within the industrial sector, with knowledge of bearings or gearbox operations being advantageous.
• Candidates with a background in any mechanical trade or apprenticeship, combined with customer service or sales experience, are highly suitable for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong business acumen.
• Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks as required.
