Role Overview
Based in Lynbrook, this role requires a person who is good at detail, a self-starter and someone who has the ability to work in a team environment. The position is responsible for focusing on customer service and providing pro-active follow up and support.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face; with regards to pricing, and technical support;
Prepare quotes, within agreed timeframes and customers’ expectations;
Provide technical product support to our Distribution network;
Accurate and timely data entry into systems, review of mailbox and processing of all enquiries;
Maintain CRM data base with accurate and relevant customer information;
Liaise with our production team and supply chain team to ensure products supplied meet customers specification and requirements
Support the Sales Managers
Liaise with goods inwards on customer product returns;
Skills and Experience
- Previous sales experience in Mechanical/Electrical
- Automation Degree or similar
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills across customer and internal departments
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and ability to set goals
- Competent computer skills
