Description
Strategic and Operational Management: Overseeing both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the student engagement, marketing, and Communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Marketing and Communications Planning: Leading the development of comprehensive annual marketing and Communications plans that are in line with the strategic objectives, aiming to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.
Budget Management: Setting annual marketing budgets and overseeing monthly reconciliations to ensure that marketing expenditures are in line with the established plans and financial guidelines.
Policy and Procedure Development: Leading the review and implementation of policies and procedures related to student engagement, marketing, and Communications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Student Support: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to international students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation and beyond, with a focus on enhancing their overall experience and success.
Networking and Collaboration: Contributing to state-wide networks related to marketing and student engagement, building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the campus and external networks to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration with Recruitment and Business Development: Working closely with recruitment and business development teams to align marketing and engagement efforts with organizational objectives, with a focus on achieving international key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
Team Management: Effectively managing a team of 5-7 individuals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and Communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget setting and monitoring.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
