About the role
Working closely with the National Manager, Talent Solutions, the International Sourcing Specialist will coordinate the following:
Identify and manage opportunities to attract talent to Calvary from international markets
Coordinate visa processes with Calvary's migration agent for both internal and external candidates
Support compliance with Australian immigration law
Assist with the development of an onboarding strategy for international candidates, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and site
About you
Experience sourcing talent in international markets, ideally in a health or related sector
Strong understanding of sponsorship and immigration requirements
Must have a clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle and on boarding processes, including drafting of employment contracts
Highly-developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
