International Student Groups & Residence Coordinator

Join EF International Language Campuses in Brisbane in this newly created role. We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Groups & Residence Coordinator.
Role & Responsibilities
The Groups & Residence Coordinator is a multi department role. That exposes you to all facets of our production.
You will also be responsible for the production of our Junior Groups & Study Tours in Brisbane as well as our Gold Coast Residence. This role involves the recruitment of group leaders, booking of transfers & other transport, the booking & facilitation of events and group activities as well as liaising with our supplier & EF Sales colleagues.
Within our our Accommodation Department you would play a role in supporting our external residence spaces, including the placement of students as well as liaising with suppliers.
Within our Student Services Department, you would sit alongside our Student Services Manager, supporting with visa documents, internships, school events & activities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Liaison with EF Sales Offices in over 50 countries globally, admin around the processing & changes to student bookings,
Review and confirmation of Junior & Group bookings in our CRM system, and assist in preparation of student visa documents,
On site management of our Junior/Study Group Program on the Gold Coast, at times this will require you to stay on site in provided accommodation.
Support of the Host Family team as part of the wider Accommodation Department
Ensure general welfare of all Students, making sure they fill out their Evaluations survey and follow up on concerns in collaboration with the relevant department (accommodation, activities, and academics),
Deliver excellent customer service to our students and visitors,
Take the school Emergency Phone on a monthly roster,
Assist with direct sales enquiries, walk-in sales, and extensions,
Assist with student arrivals & lead the organization of intake day, and graduation events,
Role will very occasionally require evening & weekend hours.

Driving License or plan to obtain one is essential
