International Student Marketing Specialist – Brazil/Latam/EMEA QLD

Position Overview
You will monitor, grow and expand our existing relationships with both strategically important onshore and offshore Brazilian/Latam/EMEA stakeholders to drive growth and sales in student recruitment. You will maintain a strategic focus and be responsible for achieving an annual sales quota and assigned strategic regional objectives, along with ensuring our partners’ needs and expectations are met.
You will represent Greenwich College as a leading institution in their respective industries and report to the Head of Sales QLD & WA and National Head of ELICOS & CRICOS VET Sales and Marketing. This job is based in QLD.
About you
You will be a self-starter who loves working in a fast-paced and dynamic International Education environment. Someone who is a people person and loves being part of a team.
You will also have current industry experience within the International Education environment, and will be responsible for:
- Representing both Greenwich College amongst the wider international agent base.
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key marketing & recruitment channels such as education agents, partner colleges, businesses, Government and direct channels
- Driving performance with key partners through various activities and support structures Ensuring prompt response to all enquiries and leads
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activity within your region and delivering sales targets in line with or above budgeted expectations
- Managing the marketing budget for your region
- Actively tracking marketing and competitor pricing and performance
- Maximising revenue through careful strategic price recommendations for Brazilian/Latam/EMEA nationals and advise on as necessary
- Maintaining and updating accurate agent and student details in the company’s CRM
- Working closely and collaboratively with other stakeholders within the organisation across different departments to develop and implement quality services.
- Planning and executing industry events and expos to promote Greenwich College to our stakeholders
- Maintaining knowledge of NextEd Group businesses and programs and promoting these when the opportunity arises
- Providing student-counselling services if/as required.
- Following up pending Letters of Offer (LoO) issuance and conversion to enrolment as necessary
- Supporting the marketing team with the development of collateral, campaigns, social media, and online content by creating and nurturing regional-specific communications to best suit the needs of your regions
- Other tasks and market support as necessary

- To achieve sales targets for the Brazil/Latam/EMEA market and support the rest of Latam as necessary

Requirements
- 4+ year’s minimal experience across both the ELICOS and/or International VET sectors supporting Brazilian/Latam/EMEA education agencies
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel and work occasional non-standard hours as required
