Our client, a leading provider of healthcare equipment and assistive technology for Hospitals, Residential Aged-Care Facilities, Home & Community Care is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join their team located in the Northern Suburbs.
- Full time role, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Thomastown location

Your will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal levels of stock to meet customer demand.
Your duties will include, although are not limited to:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock counts and stock takes
- Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency and ensure accurate reporting
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Maintain data integrity in ERP system - SAP experience essential
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Proven experience in inventory control or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or 3PL environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Good computer skills and experience using an ERP system - SAP essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
