Aquatic Leisure Technologies is a world leader in fibreglass swimming pool manufacturing and has been a WA-owned and operated family company for over 48 years.
The Inventory Controller role is a new and key position within the Procurement & Supply team, based at our Jandakot facility.
You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, including coordinating picking tickets, analysing stock trends, and maintaining IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing inventory items listed on Dispatch Sales Orders/Picking Tickets.
- Schedule and coordinate picking ticket releases to the ALT warehouse.
- Resolve picking ticket discrepancies with warehouse staff.
- Assist procurement with supplier liaison.
- Analyse inventory movements and recommend stock forecasts.
- Assist with department manager on inventory-related projects.
- Help with product warranty and return procedures when required.
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
- Be available to assist in the warehouse when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in inventory management software and general IT skills.
- Warehouse/Inventory Controller experience (preferred).
- MYOB Advance experience (highly desirable but not essential).
- Current driver's license (mandatory).
- Forklift license (LF) (preferred).
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
