Inventory Coordinator (Spare Parts)

EM is on the lookout for new recruits to fill the role of Inventory Manager (Spare Parts) in our Melbourne and Sydney offices. This challenging role is diverse with various responsibilities including management of spare parts incoming/outgoing, maintaining schedules in order management, development of efficient strategies to minimise expense, pick and packing of parts and other duties. EM maintains a family business culture with large business scope and responsibility. Key & Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in inventory management
- A keen eye for detail and schedule maintenance
- Impeccable internal relations focus and internal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner externally
- To be organised and process driven
- Experience with M365 software, general computer navigation skills and NetSuite ERP experience is desired
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- A self motivated person eager for the challenges of learning a new industry and product

Key Responsibilities
- Processing of spare parts and inventory sales to customers
- Organising inventory in internal facilities as well as controlling stock
- Customer relationship management via face-to-face, online and over the phone interactions
- Supporting customers with spare parts and consumable enquiries as well as directing customers to other colleagues based on customer needs
- Aid in the development of distribution workflows including central distribution from distribution hub
- Report on key customer insights for spare parts/consumable interactions including project management for ongoing parts distribution/pre-emptive goods send out
- Aid in the development of web platform for parts distribution including data collection
