About the role
We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator
The role is based in our bright and modern offices at Windsor, Brisbane, working Monday to Friday amongst an inclusive, friendly, and supportive team.
The Inventory Coordinator is an entry level role reporting to our Demand Planner.
The role provides the opportunity for learning activities across the supply chain. In the role you will be maintaining ERP records; investigating and actioning discrepancies; supporting the demand planner in optimizing our inventory levels and production.
It is a great role to progress an early career with every day being a learning experience. You need to have a high level of attention to detail and be ready to complete hands on administrative maintenance tasks. You will be trained and supported through your career.
What you will be doing
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly;
- Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies;
- Identifying, analysing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes;
- Managing inventory including creation and maintenance of ERP system;
- Meeting supply and production objectives.
What you will bring
- Previous experience with stores, stock control and/or inventory control will be highly regarded;
- Strong administration skills and high attention to details;
- Highly developed MS Office skills, Excel is essential;
- ERP experience in AX2009 or D365 preferred;
- A curious mind and willingness to learn new skills;
- Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
