Sales and Inventory Coordinator

Recre8 Automotive Group is a true on stop remanufacturing and modification focused business encompassing ASG 4x4, Rambler Vehicles and Spinifex Manufacturing. Our combined services include remanufacturing Landcruiser and Patrol wagons into dual cab utes, extending chassis' on commercial vehicles, manufacturing and fitting of tray and canopy bodies and specialised touring vehicle builds for the recreation sector.
With growing order banks and a new facility at Rocklea we are looking to expand our team.
What you will do:
You will play a critical role in delivering timely vehicle builds to our customers to ensure an exceptional level of service. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety where you will liaise with the sales team to ensure everything is running smoothly and you will order parts, look after sales orders, ensure stock is available, drive to different locations to pick up stock and much more! Key accountabilities include:
- Checking off incoming products against invoices and orders
- Allocating products to vehicle builds
- Checking product availability for customer bookings
- Running reports from the system and counting stock.
- Driving to various locations to pick up products and drop them off to facilitate a smooth process for the vehicle build.
- Liaising with Workshop Foreman to source required products or short supplied products.
- Unpacking products and helping to pre-assemble where possible to support the workshop team members.
What you will bring:
- Excellent customer service skills and a real desire to build relationships.
- A knowledge of modern vehicles and a willingness to learn about the world of 4x4 vehicle remanufacturing and modification.
- Good initiative, with the ability to self-manage and to self-motivate.
- Excellent communication & team working skills.
- Experience with computer programs such as word and outlook.
- Warehousing Experience is essential
- Above average attention to detail
- Manual drivers license is essential.
- Stock or Inventory Management and/or Parts Interpreter experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Forklift license is desired.
