AddressABOUT THE ROLE: The Inventory Officer sits within our Supply team and assists in managing the levels of stock held across multiple sites and warehouses, for Ventia’s Rig and Well Services operation.
In this permanent, full time role, based in our Toowoomba CBD office (with occasional need to work from our Withcott warehouse), responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Monitor and regulate the processing of inventory across multiple sites and warehouses
- Process warehouse transactions and transfers efficiently and accurately
- Analyse and interpret inventory system data, transferring to reporting tools and prepare for relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to and implement Ventia Rig & Well Services Inventory Management Plan
- Analyse and process stocktakes

ABOUT YOU:
- We encourage applicants from Inventory, Warehouse or Data Analytics positions to apply. The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Background in Procurement, Parts Interpreting, Sales or Retail would be advantageous
