Details regarding the role
This Investment Manager will work across an exciting portfolio at OMD. This portfolio works across a range of different channels exposing you to different campaigns and allowing you to grow to your full potential. You will be provided with guidance and support from your surrounding team, and you will be encouraged to grow and develop yourself. With a very positive client relationship, you'll work closely with them on some innovative and exciting projects.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
As an Investment Manager at OMD, you will also be responsible for –
- Media implementation planning & media partner briefing
- Campaign implementation management
- Ensuring all campaigns deliver to planning and trading KPIs as planned
- Preparing and delivering to finance and reporting tasks accurately and timely
- Team management – coach, develop and mentor direct reports. Manage their workload and flow
- Quality control of all outputs from direct reports
- Manage timely comms with client and briefs/feedback with media owners
What you'll need:
You are passionate about leading your team to greatness. You meet deadlines on time, every time, inspiring your team members along the way.
- You'll have experience managing direct reports
- You'll have experience working across all media channels ideally
- You'll have experience in leading the finance process is also ideal as is someone with strong day to day media relationships.
