About the role
The Systems Administrator Supports business needs by providing technology solutions to end users through implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
The position location is to be negotiated with the successful applicant and can be located at any of our offices across the state, which includes Geeveston, Hobart, Derwent Park, Perth, Scottsdale, Camdale and Smithton. Note this role requires occasional intrastate travel.
About you
The Position Description outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the role considered key to success; however, it is intended as a supplement to the recruitment process.
Importantly, in this role you will:
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Analyse problems and processes to develop practical solutions, including system identification, evaluation, and development.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to all areas of the business.
- Ensure the optimal functioning, security, and improvement of IT systems
