The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's technology infrastructure and support services. 

Your Spectrum of Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Providing technical support across the company, whether in person or remotely.
• Setting up accounts for new users and repairing or replacing equipment.
• Testing and implementing new technology.
• Assisting in various technology activities and projects as required.

What we’ll like about you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Familiarity with account setup procedures for new users and equipment repair/replacement.
• Experience in providing technical support in person and remotely.
• Capability to test and implement new technology.
• Willingness to collaborate and assist in various technology activities and projects as necessary.
