In this role. you will help guide the development of technical solutions for our business by ensuring that the product runs efficiently and meets the needs of our customers and the business. You will also be part of the development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements.We're looking for someone who has a strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics and can develop technical reference information as well as design and deliver training for key users and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Embed Voyager into the business as a sustainable product moving forward
- Complete technical and functional knowledge of all Voyager applications
- Applying subject expertise in evaluating business requirements and operational processes
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
- Consult across key areas of the business, providing mentorship, and contributing specialised knowledge & expertise to drive the best business outcome.
- Recommend technical solutions and determine development requirements.
- Provide subject expertise and guidance to third party vendors during the development life cycle.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics, complex IoT solutions
- Strong delivery experience in Agile
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to describe very complex business requirements into a technical remit.
- Change Management knowledge & understanding.
- Experience in implementing technology changes.
- Industry knowledge of car park environment desirable
