A snippet about the role…

Your laser focus will be set and communicate the policy, governance, scope and roles involved in and IT Asset Lifecycle management ensuring the process is understood and being followed on a day-to-day basis.
  
You’ll work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure alignment with their process requirements for smooth sailing. You love creating analytic reports monthly for regulatory reporting requirements.

You love to provide a consultative approach and coaching to service owners & delivery teams to uplift and drive successful adoption of IT processes and methodologies around IT Asset Lifecycle management.
  
Communication is king and you make sure you keep everyone in the loop and sharing your expert knowledge to anyone who will listen! You thrive on providing your expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
Skills we are on the hunt for

• Establishing and maintaining IT Asset Lifecycle management
• Implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Lifecycle Management and understanding the relationship with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ServiceNow CMDB, and ServiceNow Platform.
• Solid chops communications and collaboration skills, and the ability to view and explain IT Asset Lifecycle management from a stakeholder and customer perspective.
• Report creation for senior stakeholders
• Financial markets and related products
• IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). ITIL or COBIT certifications
• IT related risk management - including 3 lines of defence
