Join an innovative council in Melbourne's West in a daily rate contract capacity as an IT AV Analyst up until September. In this role, you will manage and support the installation, maintenance, and configuration of communication and collaboration tools across all council locations.
You will also oversee the upkeep, upgrades, and development of audio-visual systems across council offices, including participating in and leading projects to expand existing systems or deploy new ones in different locations.
About the role:
- Manage telecommunication and collaboration technologies, ensuring they meet the council's needs.
- Maintain and develop AV systems, including planning and executing projects to expand or deploy new systems.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing service level agreements (SLAs) and staying updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve user issues related to unified communication and collaboration technologies.
- Lead video conferencing and collaboration technology installations at council sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users regarding AV technologies.
- Maintain accurate records related to AV assets, including inventory and knowledge base guides.
About you:
- Supports and maintains AV and communication technologies for the council.
- Installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots AV systems.
- Manages vendor relationships and stays updated on industry trends.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve user issues.
