Who we're looking for:
Reporting to the Senior IT Business Analyst Lead, the Senior IT Business Analystacts as an intermediary between the business and IT, drawing on a strong understanding of business processes and technology to ensure that the desired project outcomes are achieved.
The IT Business Analyst works with the business to understand and define business requirements, assess the risks of various solutions, and help prioritise competing business demands. The role also plays a part in influencing project decisions and identifying areas for process improvement.
As an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst, you will have:
- 8+ years' experience in a similar IT Business Analyst role and Degree qualification in relevant discipline.
- Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
- Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management and technical fluency or ability to communicate information/issues to non-technical individuals.
- Familiar with Waterfall and/or Agile Methodology with experience in requirements gathering, process flow diagrams, and writing business cases.
- System implementation and/or development experience.
- Experience in coordinating testing stages and change management.
This role will see you working with a global team and allows a hybrid/flexible working arrangement.
