Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing technology Business Partnership along with the below:

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business strategies and facilitate alignment within the team
• Drive effective relationship management, ensuring strong rapport and trust with stakeholders in partner businesses.
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, coordinating initiatives and projects for successful implementation.
• Utilise your deep understanding of business and strategic objectives to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Be the go-to person for escalations in day-to-day IT service delivery, ensuring operational issues are promptly managed and communicated appropriately.
• Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of delivering IT services into the business.
• Utilise your horizontal leadership and influencing skills to facilitate and manage IT service delivery to partners.

• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement and resource optimisation.

Essential requirements:

● IT Business Partnering experience between stakeholders and tech teams 
● Experience working as a Product Manager or Solution Architect looking for their next step up  
● Demonstrated successful experience in delivering services from an influencing, leadership stand-point
● PR or citizenship required 
● Educated to Degree level
