Our client is a well-established global company within the FMCG and retail industry. Reporting directly to the CFO, they are seeking a Senior Finance Business after experiencing steady growth over recent years. The role focuses on focuses on delivering strategic insights to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, developing and maintaining financial models.
- Manage Total Trade Spend and Supplier Funding for Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial support in negotiations.
- Develop and implement pricing models for optimal profitability across brands and channels.
- Monitor Cash Flow Forecast to manage FX exposure effectively.
- Support Operation and Warehouse teams in improving Cost To Serve (CTS) by channel.
- Analyse market trends, providing insights to the leadership team.
- CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years in a commercial environment.
- FMCG/Retail experience, land and manufacturing costing.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and advanced EXCEL modeling.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset.
