Seeking two IT Change Managers to manage organisational change in the context of project execution for an ethically rewarding global organisation.
My client, a well-established global organisation that operates for a very good cause, is seeking one, potentially two, IT Change Managers to manage organisational change in the context of project execution.You will work as part of a project team to formulate and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring that the impact of the project provides positive change to the organisation as a whole.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney with a hybrid work environment of 50/50 in the office and working from home.
Specific to these two roles, my client is looking for candidates who have:
- A strong desire to work as part of a collaborative team and help in building change maturity
- Low ego, strong motivation to roll sleeves up and deliver change management outcomes
- Ability to be agile and flex between initiatives supporting Change Leads where required on discrete and connected pieces of work
- Ability to negotiate complex IT and data landscapes and systems integrations including and related to customer identity and access management
- Experience in technology enabled transitions to customer self-service
- Understanding and experience in technology driven change to operating models and delivery of quality change support for transition
- Knowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) e.g. Salesforce
- Knowledge and experience in technology enablement of customer account lifecycle from account creation through all related account management processes
- Cybersecurity awareness and capability with strong skills in the production of visual communications would also be a well-regarded skill for broader application in work happening in the team
- The role(s) may work independently as well as under the direction of a Change Lead
