In this role, you'll:
Work within our Operations Control team and be part of our Rail Operations Control (ROC) Improvement Program for Sydney Trains.
As an experienced change practitioner who is able to bring structure to change whilst being flexible and adaptive, you will be able to plan for the Change at the inception of this program, where you will be instrumental in defining how the change will be implemented and adopted.
You will be managing change in a high paced operational environment and hit the ground running where your role will involve stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, developing the program change strategy and supporting the execution for the program.

About you
An experienced PROSCI Change Practitioner with proven experience working in operational environment(s), ideally within transport or rail industry. You will have a combination of problem solving and strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly within an industrial environment.
Your recognised as self-starter that can work independently, think on your feet, be flexible and successfully engage with stakeholders.
This is an Award RC7 Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role till 30/11/2025 based in Alexandria, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
