The Client
Our client is a large, complex organisation, embarking on a significant ERP transformation program seeking a highly experienced change practitioner to guide them through this complex transformation with a particular focus on managing the change management from strategy through to delivery.

The Role
The Program Change Manager will work on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program as part of the ITU and Operations Division. The successful candidate will ideally have end-to-end ERP delivery experience.
The role will support the design and delivery of change impact assessments, change and training plans, change communications and Target Operating Model. The role will undertake the support of other change management activities as required for the successful delivery of the ERP Program.
Apply change management processes, methods, and tools in line with the Strategic Change framework and implement effective change management plans and deliverables to support adoption of the ERP solution.
Contribute to the development of actionable and targeted change management plans and the Target Operating Model
Define and measure success metrics, including producing documentation and reporting for Program change activities.
Conduct training needs analysis, and provide input and design advice on specific targeted training for individual groups based on analysis of need.
Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance and help develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Work with communication, training, and HR specialists in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation.
Support and contribute to the development and implementation of a handover to BAU.
Drive effective and efficient Program and Project
Provide input and participate in governance
Participate in system integrator vendor selection processes
Collaborate with human centric design experts, solution architects, solution designers, developers, IT security specialists and other specialists and SMEs as necessary
Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
Essential Skills (Must Haves):
5+ years of experience in Change Management or similar role is essential.
Must have ERP experience in large complex environment
Significant experience with change management Principle, Frameworks and methodologies in Agile environment.
Experience in end-to-end change on significant operating model changes.
Must have Experience with effective communications Planning and excellent communication skills and ability to identify, understand and manage complex and differing stakeholder needs.
Previous experience with implementing multiple ERP software
Desirable Skills
Experience within the higher education or government sector is preferred.
