About the role:
This is a unique role to support Suncorp’s strategic future with the separation of Suncorp Bank from the Suncorp Group. You will represent Suncorp Group to the Suncorp Bank teams and ensure Suncorp Bank continues to meet their obligations during the transformation phase of the strategic period.
As a Change Manager with ITIL and ServiceNow experience within the financial services industry (or similar) you will work with a talented team in a high-performance culture in the Service Integration and Management domain. To be successful in this role you will have superb stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
What you’ll do:
- Daily coordination of Suncorp Bank (SML) and Suncorp Group (SGL) with affected parties ensuring compliance to process.
- Producing and publishing a daily schedule of changes from Suncorp Bank (SML) to ensure visibility of change activities being planned or in progress.
- Represents SML at Suncorp (SGL) Change Advisory Board meetings presenting any Suncorp (SGL) changes that may impact SGL and acts as liaison between SGL on any SML changes that may impact SGL services.
- Ensures Change Management functions operate within the agreed Key Result Areas.
- Works with technical staff and leaders in managing changes and demonstrates effective customer service behaviours.
- Monitors the effectiveness of the Change Management processes and works with other teams to ensure continual service improvements.
- Works collaboratively maintaining ongoing dialogue and relationships with stakeholders as part of continued service development and support.
- Develops and maintains the Change Management processes, including documenting process and procedures in accordance with ITIL and Suncorp standards with collaboration with SIAM Change Managers.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2+5 years’ experience as a Technology Change Manager.
- Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in C level communication skills both written and verbal in PowerPoint, MS Word, Email and Teams chat channels.
- Current experience using ServiceNow for IT Service Management including Incident, Problem Change, Relationship mapping, reporting and dashboarding.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation experience.
- Experience working within a large Enterprise IT Department or organisation.
- Project Management experience, working to deadlines and aligned to goals set.
