Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an IT Commercial Manager to play a crucial role in software licensing, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless operations and cost-effectiveness. If you’re passionate about driving change and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
In this dynamic role you will:
- Formulate a software licensing strategy that aligns with enterprise goals.
- Negotiate and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimization of ROI.
- Establish a Vendor Management Framework for consistent vendor interactions.
- Maintain strong vendor partnerships and manage vendor performance.
- Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and agile team.
- Engage and motivate the team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
- Manage talent through acquisitions, development, and succession planning.
What you will bring to the team:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive software licensing strategy.
- Experience establishing a successful Vendor Management Framework leading to improved vendor relationships.
- Evidenced excellence in significant procurement efforts resulting in cost savings and policy compliance
- Strategic direction that aligns software decisions with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) including implementation, integration and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
- Proven success in negotiating software contracts and achieving cost savings.
