At Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, we're seeking a talented Digital Solutions D365 Service & Support Engineer to ensure the smooth functioning of our Dynamics 365 applications. Your expertise in CRM, EDI, infrastructure, and lifecycle management will be invaluable. Key to success in this role are teamwork, problem-solving, analytical skills, customer focus, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Investigate and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Maintain updated work instructions for systems.
- Document FAQs, known issues, and best practices for quick issue resolution.
- Assist in creating training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide support for D365 and other system issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Ensure consistent master data management.
- Aid in transitioning entities to centralized EDI services.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
