This role is a unique opportunity for a driven level 2/3 Desktop Support specialist to join an organisation where they have the freedom to learn and grow. The Role:
- Ensure the success of the workplace team.
- Seamless onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the modernisation and evolution of the technology services used.
- Maintenance of key EUC and Modern Management technologies.
About you:
- Extensive Intune experience - Autopilot, application packaging and deployment, updates, configuration polcies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Entra and Virtual Desktop.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, both support and admin.
- Strong appetite to learn and develop skills.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience resolving level 2/3 problems.
