- Hours 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, all hours on site

The RoleThis role is responsible for providing onsite, phone and remote support services, responding to and resolving daily issues concerning software and hardware operation requests from students and staff across the university. General familiarity with a broad range of technology is required, along with sound trouble-shooting skills.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite, phone and remote support services, responding to and resolving daily support requests from students and staff.
- Frequently monitor ticketing system for incoming Service Requests and Incidents.
- Vet and evaluate requests, investigate and resolve level 1 queries and route level 2 and 3 as appropriate.
Skills and Experience- Proven experience in a Service Desk operation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements
