THE ROLE: IT Helpdesk Analyst role working in a team and responsible for providing mainly Level 2 IT Support to various customers. Ongoing training, paid certifications, and a clear career path are available. Key elements of the role: Level 2IT Helpdesk Support to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software and network connectivity issues for end users.Focus is on supporting M365 cloud technologies - Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, Defender, InTune, Cloud PBX.Network support including connectivity troubleshooting and network administration (establishing connections, firewall management, interface configuration, point of contact for ISP's, troubleshoot network devices. etc.)Service Desk support using ConnectWise ticketing system.Assist in documentation of IT processes.Assist with Level 1 IT Support overflow as needed.Work collaboratively with internal colleagues.Occasional travel to customer sites (company car provided).Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days from home. A SUITABLE CANDIDATE: Suitable for a Level 2 IT Support professional who wants to be working with modern cloud technologies (Azure, M365). Required skills / knowledge / experience: Level 2 IT Support experience, supporting end user's desktop hardware, software and network connectivity issues,M365 support exp (Office 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, Win 10/11, Azure AD etc)Windows Server experience is beneficial. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer facing abilities.Logical problem-solving abilities.Professional presentation and a social and friendly manner.Keen interest in emerging cloud technologies.Driver's license. This is a full-time permanent role located in St Leonards and is offering $75,000 - 85,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.
