Our team is looking for an IT Helpdesk staff member for a 15-month fixed-term contract to fill in for parental leave. Reporting to the IT Support Team Leader, you will become an essential part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the IT Support function.
What you will be doing
- Provide 1st Level Support for computer related problems and support queries.
- Log Helpdesk calls into the support database system by priority and action in a timely manner.
- Review documentation of previous user queries and their solutions to provide timely advice to similar matters.
- Provide basic training and regular updates to PC users on new or upgraded hardware or software.
- Assist with inter-department report generation.
- IT asset management and updating asset database.

- Previous Experience in IT Support, System Administration, Network Support
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
