This is why we have a hybrid work environment, with one dedicated day per week where we all come together to maintain our successful culture of innovation, connection and collaboration.About our RoleAs our IT Manager you will provide robust IT Leadership and Management to Simplot's Mining and Manufacturing line of our business operations, supporting employees across the APAC region.This role will serve as the business relationship and technology escalation partner with Plant leadership teams to ensure Simplot Technology and Site Engineering are aligned and working effectively together on technology solutions.In this role you will lead a technical team aspiring to have a deep knowledge of our manufacturing sites whilst seeking continuous improvement of services and technology across Simplot. You will have a desire to drive career growth of each team member to meet their personal career objectives, and ensuring we drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites, to provide the highest level of availability and performance from our solutions.What will you do

• Ensure that the business and Simplot Technology have a healthy collaboration to ensure alignment and success.
• Ensure that the technology solutions in the Plants meet Simplot Technology standards and can be adequately supported.
• ​​Lead an organization of Infrastructure Engineers and Technicians as one highly functional team.
• ​​Provide KPI's and Dashboards to measure the success and progress of the regional team.
• ​​Be an active member of the Infrastructure and Network Engineering technical management team and the Extended Simplot Technology leadership team to help achieve continuous improvement.
• Works with senior management to establish project objectives and scope, and determine required resources and objectives relative to the Company's overall business plan and industry requirements.
• ​​Collaborate with Plant Leaders and IT Staff across lines of business and geographical regions.
