- Ensure that the technology solutions in the Plants meet Simplot Technology standards and can be adequately supported.
- Lead an organization of Infrastructure Engineers and Technicians as one highly functional team.
- Provide KPI's and Dashboards to measure the success and progress of the regional team.
- Be an active member of the Infrastructure and Network Engineering technical management team and the Extended Simplot Technology leadership team to help achieve continuous improvement.
- Works with senior management to establish project objectives and scope, and determine required resources and objectives relative to the Company's overall business plan and industry requirements.
