AddressYou will work closely with the customers and focus on understanding their goals, processes, procedures and people as their trusted and valued advisor.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deploying both Cloud and on Premise based infrastructure solutions.
- Troubleshooting desktop and server problems, maintaining and support of server hardware and software.
- Serving as an escalation point for various technologies; BAU L3 Support.
- Attend account meetings, provide on-site training for staff, and assist with developing IT strategies.
- Presales, writing SoWs and other relevant documents.
- Oversee the project life cycle: Delivery, implementation and handover/knowledge-transfer to Helpdesk.
- Writing documents and manuals around technology deployment and best practices.
- Training, mentoring and developing junior team member.
- Stakeholder mapping, management and communications.
- A minimum 5 years in a Level 3 Microsoft Technology support role in an MSP outsourced environment
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems.
- Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Certified Professional (2012 or higher) qualifications
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Competency with DNS, Internet, Routing and network troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of server hardware (products and troubleshooting)
- Experience in Firewall technologies
