The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and ambitious IT Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of existing systems, and leading the project management and implementation of new systems to automate workflows and enhance team and data management efficiency.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• System Management and Enhancement: Oversee and improve existing IT systems, implementing enhancements to optimize performance.
• Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, focusing on the automation of workflows and the introduction of new systems to increase efficiency.
• System Health Monitoring: Employ monitoring tools to proactively manage system health and address issues promptly.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties for both onsite and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations.
• Payment Platforms Oversight: Direct the management of payment platforms across POS and online systems, swiftly resolving any related issues.
• Delivery Platform Integration: Oversee the integration and support of delivery platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
• Strategic IT Alignment and Efficiency: Work with management to achieve strategic IT goals, supporting projects that enhance team and data management efficiency.
• Technical Support and Infrastructure Maintenance: Offer timely technical support and maintain up-to-date firewall, website, and network infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration, support, and project management.
• Strong familiarity with system monitoring tools and managing critical IT events.
