FourQuarters are working with a leading Australian age care organisation who have been at the forefront of their industry for decades. Following continued growth, they are on the lookout for a hands-on IT Project Manager to manage their existing environment.
The Opportunity
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and key stakeholders, to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and milestones, to guide the implementation process.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure smooth integration and alignment of the ERP system with our existing IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates to stakeholders, and proactively communicate any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes to ensure the ERP system meets defined specifications and end-user requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future enhancements.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar role. Managing a small to medium sized environment as well as experience managing Projects and Stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically leading ERP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes and systems, including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Experience in managing external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
