AddressAre you an experienced IT Project Support Officer (PSO) / Administrator / Planner with developed experience in IT project scheduling. Opportunity to work in an evolving Project Management Office (PMO) with a talented team of peers.
Your new role will include:-
- Helping the IT Program Manager and PMO Leads as their key technology project resource focused on Microsoft project scheduling, planning, governance and compliance;
- Proactively work with a range of key stakeholders (technology team, vendors, suppliers, managers, customers etc.), and build strong internal relationships;
- Utilising your strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively and execute appropriately;
- Leveraging your attention to detail with an ability to bring solutions to problems;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong project organisational skills and flexibility with a track record using MS Project, MS Scheduler, MS Excel and related PMO tools;
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced environment;
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously;
- Previous experience in document management or involvement in migration activities on a project (desirable).
