About You:
Your attention to detail is vital for your success in this role. Your experience will also include:
- Assist staff in the relevant system and process knowledge areas to support the delivery and accuracy of reporting across projects within the portfolio.
- Provide support in the administration and system support across the portfolio, including setting up and administration of project and team sites, management of registers, filing and storing of documentation and the oversight of process controls.
- Routine maintenance of data hygiene across the portfolio systems.
- Provide project control and administrative functions and associated assistance/guidance to project managers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team especially on shared projects.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, and you will bring sound experience working within a dynamic, fast paced environment. You also have:
- 2 years on the job experience in project coordination and/or project management.
- Sound experience in the use of MS Project Online, Noveco Workbench or similar project management systems.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence toolsets, including PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, or similar tools.
- Experience working within an SAP environment would be highly beneficial.
- You'll maintain the integrity and control of the systems that store and manage project performance and financial data. You'll gather, examine, evaluate and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and present complex information to diverse stakeholders. You'll be working collaboratively with the team, and you will prepare financial and overall program reporting for capital and operational expenditure projects to key stakeholder committees.
