Your Responsibilities
Working directly with the Office Manager you will have the opportunity of assisting and taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities. As the business continues to grow, this position will be in a great position to contribute to new systems and processes to support the growth in addition to providing vital administrative support across the business including but not limited to;
- Quality assurance maintenance and auditing
- Tech support including phone system, mobiles, SharePoint
- Travel co-ordination
- Company fleet management
- Insurance renewals
- Maintain office facilities
- Identifying and updating Policy & Procedures for the business
- Document formatting
- Various projects as required by the business
Your Background
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced office professional with an interest in IT. This position offers you the unique opportunity to undertake projects in addition to show utilise your administrative skills. Prior administrative experience within medium to large companies will assist this business in their quest for continuous improvement and growth. You will ideally possess the following skills, attributes and experience;
- Prior senior administrative experience essential
- A strong interest in learning IT systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems advantageous
- Highly organised and systemised in approach
- Flexible approach to assist where required
- Happy to work as part of a wider team to achieve outcomes
- Strong follow through skills
