- Part time hours: 31.5 hours, per week over 5 days.
- Mon-Thurs: 8am-3pm, Fri: 8am-2pm.
- Role specific training provided however skills listed below must be demonstrated by applicants.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience with Microsoft suite including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Data entry experience.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Organised, excellent time management and effective presentation skills.
- High level communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and work to timeframes.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drafting and issuing requests for quotes to suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Collating quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors for management to review.
- Entering pricing into company spreadsheets and software packages.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure accuracy of the information required.
- Preparation of written quotes to present to clients.
