The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experience IT Security Manager to join our Cyber Security team! This role will be reporting into the Group Lead and working with our IT Security Officers and Cyber Security Specialists on developing and executing business plans and initiatives.
This role will be based in our Head Office in Homebush, NSW. This will include travel to our customer sites when required.
The role we are offering you
- Develop & improve security design and provide recommendation to the project and technical team
- Perform Cyber Security GAP analysis and lead cyber security maturity programs.
- Manage ICT Cyber Security Certification and Accreditation across multiple sites.
- Provide technical expertise to IT Security Officers and Cyber GRC specialists.
- Develop Cyber Security Policies, Frameworks, Principles and Strategies.
- Provide technical advice related to effective Log monitoring activities
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor in IT/Cyber Security/Computer Science or relevant experience in Cyber Security GRC area
- Industry certification (desirable)
- Experience in the defence industry

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be hold a SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, due to the nature of the role and projects you will be working on immediately, your NV1 clearance must be current.
