THE OPPORTUNITY
The rewarding opportunity as an IT Service Desk Analyst will see you providing level 1 and 2 Service Desk services to both staff and learners across a wide variety of IT services including, but not limited to, desktop hardware, software, security access and learning management system, through both face to face and remote support.
You will also support the Head of IT to streamline operation of IT hardware and software aligned with the business objectives.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have:
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of Certificate IV in IT
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in desktop support or equivalent Microsoft environment
Essential Skills
- Good knowledge of networking (WLAN, LAN and WAN)
- Experience working and troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management platform
- Experience in a Microsoft environment, particularly Microsoft 365

- Self motivated
