We're looking for a tech-savvy and friendly L1/2 Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT team at a leading accounting firm in the heart of Perth CBD. You'll play a vital role in supporting our team of accountants and finance professionals, ensuring their technology runs smoothly and they can focus on what they do best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Document incidents and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate Service Desk ticket tracking and reporting.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to IT processes.
Required Skillset:
- Strong foundation in IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong capabilities across Microsoft technologies, including O365, Teams and Azure.
- Experience working with accounting software preferred, including Reckon APS suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools preferred.
