Job description

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives on providing exceptional customer service? Join our IT Service Desk team as a customer service superstar with a passion for technology! In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of core computer systems, all while delivering outstanding support to our people. 

Your days will be filled with promptly resolving end-user incidents and Service Desk requests, updating relevant IT Service Desk documentation and completing hardware configuration and deployment tasks. By providing a timely and efficient response to meet our people’s needs, you will be the superhero who saves the day!

Your mission?

  • To provide speedy level 1 & 2 technical support for our people.
  • Tackle end user incidents and Service Desk request like a pro, ensuring everyone enjoys a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Help keep our IT Service Desk documentation in shipshape condition, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Sniff out any operational improvements and efficiencies.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Are you a detail-oriented problem-solving ninja?
  • Are you a confident decision maker?
  • Do you have knowledge of ITIL processes and technical experience?
  • Can you juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines?
  • Do you sprinkle some extra sparkle with your interactions with customers?
