This role is a unique opportunity for a driven level 2/3 Service Desk specialist to join an organisation where they have the freedom to learn and grow.

The Role:
* Ensure the success of the Service Desk and workplace team.
* Seamless onboarding and offboarding.
* Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently.
* Contribute to the modernisation and evolution of the technology services used.
* Communicate well and provide excellent customer service to non-tech stakeholders.
About you:
* Hands-on experience with Azure Entra and Virtual Desktop.
* Strong experience utilizing Windows Autopilot and Intune to set up and configure new devices.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, both support and admin.
* Strong appetite to learn and develop skills.
* Strong experience resolving level 2/3 problems.
